Christian has extensive experience advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and managing disclosure processes. His work spans the full lifecycle of a deal: structuring transactions, preparing heads of terms and letters of intent, overseeing due diligence, and guiding clients through negotiation strategy, timing and execution.

He regularly advises on corporate structuring, incorporations and reorganisations, as well as drafting constitutional and governance documentation such as articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. His practice also includes acting on investment transactions, including equity investments and loan note instruments, and advising on capital reorganisations and value‑extraction strategies.

Christian combines broad corporate law expertise with a particular focus on small and mid‑sized transactions, acting for both buyers and sellers. He is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially minded advice and for investing the time needed to understand each client’s business and priorities.
