Jackson Sandilands

Jackson specialises in commercial and residential property disputes, advising on a broad range contentious property matters for both landlords and tenants. These include landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, forfeiture, breaches of covenant, dilapidations, service charge and major works disputes, enfranchisement, neighbour and boundary disputes, ToLATA claims, and 1954 Act business lease renewals.

Jackson’s work also covers commercial and director disputes, debt collection, professional negligence and contentious probate. He is regularly involved in matters before the County and High Courts and has experience instructing both leading and junior counsel. He is also well versed in alternative dispute resolution, with experience in mediation and arbitration, often with an international or multi-party element.
