Harriet Atkinson

Harriet advises individuals and their families on a wide variety of private client matters including all aspects of wills, trusts, probate, succession and tax planning. She has extensive experience of dealing with complex and high value probate work, and estates with a foreign element.

Harriet trained and practised at leading London law firm Forsters LLP for over 19 years and headed up the firm’s probate team for many years.  

Harriet is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
