Robert Lawrie

Robert is a barrister and an experienced litigator with 15 years’ experience acting for claimants and defendants in high-value commercial and corporate disputes.  He has particular expertise in complex fraud cases (frequently working alongside specialist criminal lawyers), and he is experienced in obtaining and resisting freezing orders and other interim injunctions.

The majority of Robert’s work involves High Court litigation in the English courts, but he is also a registered practitioner in the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre and he is frequently instructed in multi-jurisdictional litigation.
