Lesley is an experienced immigration solicitor and business founder.

Lesley’s specialist areas include: British nationality matters, especially applications requiring exceptional consideration, registration applications for children and claims to citizenship;  Brexit-related and family applications;  Tier 1 Exceptional Talent, Entrepreneur and Investor applications; unusual complex immigration situations and administrative reviews.

She has a special interest in supporting the arts, innovators and philanthropists who seek to bring about positive change.

Lesley’s background combines nearly 20 years experience as an immigration and nationality lawyer listed as a leading practitioner in Chambers and The Legal 500, with commercial experience as the co-founder and owner of a business psychology firm supporting CEOs and their teams to achieve sustainable success.

She has a distinctive approach focussing on a successful outcome, driven by a service commitment to make what can be a complex and stressful process become an enjoyable journey.

Lesley was a partner at Magrath, and City firms Kingsley Napley and Reed Smith and founded from scratch Kingsley Napley’s immigration department. She assisted in the early design and market validation of LexisPSL Immigration, the go-to on-line tool for immigration practitioners.

She is a current legal author for Thomson Reuters, PLC. She has published numerous articles on immigration law in legal and professional journals; was a former Treasurer and Executive Committee member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and is a Fellow of the RSA and member of ILPA.
